You will have high integrity with the ability to make sound decisions to ensure the high-quality manufacture of our Animal Health products.
Responsibilities
Operating assembly, packing, and labelling equipment, performing in-process checks to ensure products are manufactured to a high quality. Troubleshooting mechanical problems and providing feedback to Engineer. Maintaining a high level of housekeeping and cleanliness within the production area. Ensuring all equipment used is cleaned, calibrated, and lubricated between batches. Production batch documentation is completed accurately and in compliance to cGMP standards. This is a 4/10 scheduled position. The position is Monday - Thursday either 6a-4:30p or 4p-2:30a. We are currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus for the 4p-2:30a shift and it is provided a shift differential of $2 per hour. Overtime and weekend hours may be necessary.
Qualifications
Past production/manufacturing background in an GMP environment is strongly preferred. Have a good understanding of Health & Safety practices and a commitment to safety. At least 3 years manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical / animal health, food or related industry is preferred but not required. Great communication skills – both written and verbal. Mechanical aptitude. This position is subject to a DEA background check post offer and at regular intervals. This position is also required to complete a post offer drug test. Both the background and drug test must comply with company standards or offers of employment will be rescinded.
