As an Assistant Production, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of the Production Department. This includes implementation of continuous improvement efforts, development of hourly and salaried team members, as well as managing departmental key performance indicators. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the management of the Production Department, manage department initiatives to deliver on Key Performance Indicators. Support the facility in implementation and management of NCE (World-Class Manufacturing) to support Business needs and the Operational Master Plan. Coach and develop hourly and salaried members of the production team; create and implement development plans. Assist in hiring and onboarding new members to the hourly production team. Analyze facility loss data and provide plans for process improvements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: 1+ years of management leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, military, or related environment Candidates must be willing to relocate to one or more of our 21 production facilities across the United States.
