Vice President (January, 2017 – September 2019)
Led sales and marketing team towards brand re-launch while under new ownership. Responsible for all aspects of operations at Fort Dodge plant consisting of 100 employees. Company saw a 250% increase in sales and production as well as an increase in profits of nearly 10x. Left organization amid restructuring.
Production Coordinator (March, 2012 – December, 2016)
Manage customer orders and create production and shipping schedule based on manufacturing capabilities and customer expectations. Lead areas of service parts order management and distribution as well as all aspects of customer service. Work with VP of sales and marketing in product development, market development and point of sale materials.

Demand Flow Director • (2009 – February, 2012)
Repeatedly recognized for top performance through selection for high-priority initiatives. Combined responsibilities of previously held positions of Materials and Demand Flow Manager. Left organization after plant closure.
Materials Manager (2007 - 2009)
Responsible for management of full supply chain operations including inbound logistics, material handling and control, along with material replenishment and supplier relationships. Full responsibility of inventory accuracy and adequacy. Successfully performed $8 million dollar inventory reduction (35%) while reducing downtime and schedule stability failures by over 100%.
Demand Flow Manager (2001-2003, 2005 - 2007)
Manage a team of 74 employees working in the areas of production scheduling, order processing, and warehousing and distribution. Established a streamlined production scheduling and order processing process based system for finished goods and service parts. Allowed for a 65% reduction in finished goods inventory. Increased in stock levels by 80%. Maintained Operations plan for 2000 employee site with production of 10k units per day. Coordinated and participated in the productivity and cost improvement redesign of a 3rd party warehouse organization.
New product launch complications led to reinstatement into this position.
Product Manager (2003 - 2005)
Report to the VP of the Laundry Product Line with responsibility to interface with sales and marketing representatives for several major appliance retailers to develop new product offerings, establish price points, and review sales plans. Maintain Sales-Inventory-Operations plan which dictates production rates to supply customer demand.
Master Production Scheduler (1999 - 2001)
Maintained production schedule for 3 production lines which manufactured top load and front load washers along with laundry centers. Utilized AS400, Mapics, Focus, WMS along with Microsoft office systems.
Material Replenisher (1999 - 1999)
Coordinated material replenishment for various production parts. Involved communications with suppliers, purchasing, quality and engineering.
Assembly Line Floater (1997 - 1999)
Worked as a relief worker on a 120 person assembly line. Job required ability to perform all job tasks including advanced quality inspection and reject repair.
