Qualifications:
 Three plus years of experience driving sales in a high traffic environment through individualized behavior planning and coaching; Encouraging positive and healthy relationship building between frontline staff and our customers; Directly supervising frontline staff focused on providing excellent customer service.  Three plus years of experience with restaurant management: waitstaff, expeditition, customer service, and cooking.  Three plus years of experience working with multiple industry specific software programs; working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of varying Windows Operating Systems; a general knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.  Proven ability to create, understand, and identify patterns within sales, arcade, inventory, and customer satisfaction reports.  Experience working in a collaborative team environment across multiple disciplines, levels of experience, and scopes of work.  Must have a childlike sense of wonder and amazement toward having fun and a family friendly sense of humor.  Bachelor’s Degree in resort, hotel, and restaurant management or related field preferred, Associate’s Degree required.  Must be eighteen (18) years of age.  Preferred Certifications: CPR and First Aid, I-Pact, TIPS, and Serv-Safe.

Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to assist the General Manager with any responsibilities appointed. The Assistant Manager must have a thorough understanding of all department and possess the ability to operate and maintain them. The Assistant Manager will act as the leader on duty when the general manager isn’t present. It is expected that the Assistant Manager possess a complete and working knowledge of all processes pertaining to, but not limited to, inventory management, ordering, scheduling, redemption, food and beverage, and continuous education. The Assistant Manager is responsible for driving sales behaviors by coaching, teaching, and modelling targeted sales behaviors. The Assistant Manager takes ownership of all employee training and works diligently to maintain excellent working behaviors across all employees. It is expected that you are able to delegate tasks and instruct employees to stay on task as well as follow their job descriptions in a healthy, safe, and friendly environment.

Other Information:
 The Assistant Manager directly reports to the General Manager.  The Assistant Manager works concurrently with the Sales Director and Event Coordinator.  The Assistant Manager directly oversees all Team Leaders and frontline staff.
