This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets and fax machines; • No travel is expected for this position; • This position does not have supervisory responsibility; Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree & 2 years of directly related experience, OR • Associate’s degree & 4 years of directly related experience, OR • High school diploma / GED & 6 years of directly related experience • Manufacturing accounting experience preferred, but not required; • SAP experience preferred; • Bilingual in Korean and English; • Computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Excel preferred;

Job Summary: To assist with the preparation of financial statements and support schedules according to company deadlines. Summary of Essential Job Functions: • Maintains financial records for company by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts • Analyze expense status on a monthly basis and monitor budget plan • Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts; adjusting entries for amortization prepaid; analyzing and reconciling retainage and accounts payable ledgers; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals; • Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential; • Prepare financial status information by preparing reports and completing special projects • Assist with monthly closings and year end closings; • Prepare, participate in, and ensure external audits are completed quarterly, annually, or as needed; • Direct internal audits to ensure compliance • Assist with quarterly and annual taxes, tax credit programs, and tax returns to ensure they are accurate and complete; • Maintains accounting controls following policies and procedures; complying with federal, state and local financial legal requirements; • Liaise with Finance Manager to improve financial procedures • Perform other duties as assigned;
