An active and vibrant Young Professionals (YP) group is organized to improve the quality of life and economic development of Fort Dodge and the region through the retention and recruitment of young professionals in the greater Fort Dodge area.

There are over 100 members of the Fort Dodge Young Professionals. This organization hosts philanthropic and social events that help promote the interaction of young professionals in the region as well as address social issues and needs in the area.
